As long as you didn't break it through misuse, abuse, or aggression, we'll repair or replace pretty much everything that comes with your apartment, as long as you let us know. Within a few days, and at no charge.

If you broke it (knocked a hole in the wall, karate-kicked a ceiling fan), we may bill you. But: We'll charge fairly, and we'll make sure it's done right. Either way, we really want you to let us know if something needs attention, so you don't have to live with the annoyance.​

Including but not limited to:
  • All included appliances (Washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer/icemaker, disposal)​
  • Clogged shower drains
  • Wobbly door handles
  • Squeaking ceiling fans
  • Air filters (We have these in the office for you to use at no charge, and we'll replace them periodically in all units)
  • Light bulbs (Yes, we'll replace your light bulbs, especially the hard-to-reach ones, though of course you're welcome to do this yourself)​
